About
About Kaceyn Law Group
Kaceyn Law Group, PLLC is a boutique practice focused on workforce, contracts, and compliance for small and mid-size healthcare, behavioral health, and telehealth organizations. We help leaders align their people, contracts, and privacy obligations so they’re ready for payors, regulators, and their own teams.
Meet the Founder – DaKeisha Hargrove
I founded Kaceyn Law Group after seeing healthcare organizations constantly in reactive mode—juggling HR issues, contract gaps, and privacy risk with no integrated strategy. As a Marine veteran and attorney with experience building compliance frameworks from the inside, I bring disciplined, practical support to high-stakes environments. My goal is simple: give you a clear view of your workforce and compliance risk, and a realistic path to fix it.
-DaKeisha Hargrove, Esq., MBA – Licensed in Washington, D.C.

Who we support
CEOs and founders of <50–250 FTE healthcare and behavioral health practices
Clinical Directors and HR leaders dealing with high turnover and payor scrutiny
Telehealth and multi-state practices scaling faster than their compliance stack
Leaders responsible for aligning clinical operations, contracting, and Stark/Anti-Kickback risk
If you’re juggling staffing issues, contract chaos, and payor audits with no unified playbook, you’re in the right place.

What They Say
"Kaceyn Law Group has transformed the way we handle compliance within our organization. Their expertise in workforce integrity audits made a significant difference in our operations and peace of mind."
-Andrew Moore, CEO, multi-site behavioral health organization
"Before working with Kaceyn Law Group, our compliance efforts were spread across policies, contracts, and ad hoc decisions. DaKeisha built a cohesive framework that connected our workforce practices, contracts, privacy obligations, and clinical operations. She clarified our true risk areas, created practical guardrails for leadership and staff, and helped us respond to high-stakes inquiries with confidence. I now feel we have a scalable compliance structure instead of one-off fixes, and a strategic partner who understands both the law and the realities of running a healthcare organization.” – Director of Operations, Healthcare Services
